How to apply for a rental property

The renter application process is now easier than ever via Ignite (by realestate.com.au).

1. Simply visit this link https://www.realestate.com.au/agency/ndl-realty-docklands-RUPABT to view our available rental properties on realestate.com.au.
2. Click the property listing that you are interested in applying for.
3. Click the “Apply” button on the page.
4. You will then be prompted to create a realestate.com.au account or sign in to your existing realestate.com.au account if you already have one.
5. You will then be prompted by the application page to fill in all your personal and relevant information that is required to complete the application form.
6. When all fields have been successfully filled, you will be able to press ‘submit rental application’ at the bottom of the page.
7. After you have submitted your rental application, you will receive a page that will confirm that your application has been sent.
