Biography

Passionate, genuine, and focused — you can count on Janice to possess all of these
rare qualities as NDL REALTY’s Assistant Property Manager.

Her Bachelor of Accounting degree, coupled with her undergraduate studies in
business and marketing as well as experience in retail, has provided her with
valuable customer service skills that she uses daily in real estate negotiations,
educating clients and skilfully marketing NDL REALTY’s listings.

Janice enjoys picking up new skills such as learning to speak and write in foreign
languages. She is fluent in English, Malay, and Mandarin, allowing her to
communicate easily with overseas clients.

During her free time, she enjoys making memories and documenting them through
photography, going on road trips, and spending time with friends and family.
